Filter Report for Selected Unit(s)

In Fleet Manager, single-click on the Unit # to select it. You will see that the unit is highlighted in blue.  

You can also multi-select by holding the Control key and clicking several desired units.

To access the Report Viewer, go to Reports from the main menu, or click the Reports button, or right-click in the equipment grid and choose "Print"

In the Report Viewer toolbar, click the "Show" pull-down menu for and choose "Selected Equipment" then "Apply"
