Failed To Get Data For _____

The program needs to write settings to the registry of your computer.  If permissions restictions prevent the program from accessing the registry, you may receive the error "Failed To Get Data For _____" where the space may read View, State, Metric, Enable Barcode, or other parameters.

Please follow these steps on each client where you receive the error message:

1. Close the program, then RIGHT click on the program icon on your desktop and select Run as Administrator
2. Go to Tools > Optimize/Repair Utility
3. Click on the Support tab, then on the Verify Registry button
4. Restart the software
