Data Import - Initial Setup

Before you start entering information into the program, our support team can assist with data import.  This process will create the initial database upon which you can build.  

Note that the database containing your imported data will OVERWRITE any existing data in the program, so this should be your first step before you begin creating preventive maintenance schedules, recording maintenance performed, etc.

We can import data in 4 categories:

There are 4 template .CSV files linked above which you can download and fill with any data available for your organization.  Column headers include numbers to indicate character limits where these apply.
