Filter Options in Report Viewer

Report Viewer has extensive options for sorting and filtering your data, allowing you to report on specific information tailored to fit your needs.

You will find the Report Viewer filter options at the top of the window.

You can show "All Equipment," or limit to "Selected Equipment"

Choose from Any Status, Active, Inactive, Sold, Out of service, Transferred, or In Shop.

Select from simple pre-defined time periods, or customize a specific start and end date.

Finally, under "Additional Criteria" you can filter by fields that are specific to the currently selected report. The options will vary from one report to another, but include items such as Maintenance Performed, Driver Name, Category.
