Add Comments Or Checklist To PM Services
To add comments or a checklist to preventive maintenance items, click on Setup at the top and choose Service Associations.
Choose the PM Schedule from the drop down on the top left. Then, highlight all equipment on the left that you wish to add these comments to. Then, on the right, click the Procedure tab.
Underneath the tab, you can choose which PM Service you want to add comments/checklist to. Type in whatever you wish into the text box. Then press Save on the bottom right when complete.
Now, whenever you post this PM Service on a Work Order, you will see the Note field light up, showing that there are comments to view. On the print out, you will also see these items listed.
