Set Equipment Expirations

Fleet Maintenance Pro makes it easy to track key expiration dates, such as a vehicle's registration.

1. Double-click any unit of equipment to edit its properties.

2. Click the "Expirations" tab, the right-click and choose "Add Expiration."

3. Type the expiration name and set the date it expires, then click "Save."

Don't forget, you can also configure email notifications to notify key individuals of upcoming expirations!
