How to assign an employee or vendor to a work order
In the Shop edition of our software, you have the ability to manage Work Orders. If you have created a new Work Order, you may wish to assign it to an employee or vendor.
To do so, click on Work Orders on the left menu. Double click a Work Order to edit it.
On the bottom left you will see the Assign To options for Employee or Vendor. Choose the option you'd like and pick a value from the drop down box to the right.
Why are my Employees not showing up in this list?
Go to People on the left | Double click the employee not showing up. Go to the Details tab. The Type box here must be set to Technician. If it's set to anything else they will not appear as an option under Assignee.
