How Do I Switch From Miles To Kilometers?

Your equipment meters are derived from what's setup under PM Schedule Templates.

Go to Setup at the top and select PM Schedule Templates. Highlight a template on the left hand side and click Edit on the bottom:

Change the drop down boxes on the Edit screen to say Kilometers instead of Miles and save it. This should switch over all equipment tied to this schedule to use the new setting.
