Please note that deleting equipment out of the system is a permanent change. Once the equipment is removed all associated maintenance history, part usage history, cost history, and anything else associated with the unit will be removed. Before making any deletions we always recommend making a current backup of your data to prevent any unintended data loss (such as accidentally deleting the wrong unit).
Note that there is no undo button here. The only way to recover the unit would be to restore a previous backup, or to re-enter the unit and its maintenance history into the system manually.
To delete a unit, click the Action button for it from your equipment list and choose Delete.
You will get a warning box asking if you're sure you want to delete the unit. If you are sure, click Yes to delete.
