View Equipment History
To view equipment history click on the action button on the right and choose History.
Utilize the tabs on the top to view specific history records. For example, you can click General Expenses to view all expenses posted to this unit within a specific date range.
Underneath of the tabs you will see a drop down box for a date range. You can use one of the pre-defined ranges or choose Custom to enter your own date range in. All history transactions will filter out based on this range.
To the right you can also utilize a Search box to further filter the results.
Use the pencil icon to edit a record (double clicking also brings up the edit screen). Use the red X to delete the record.
On the bottom the New and Print buttons allow you to create new records, or print out a record of existing records.
