Fleet Maintenance Pro includes an "Accident Log" which you can use to record, track and view accidents for your equipment.
Add New Accident Record
1) From the equipment list click Actions | More | Record Accident.
OR, click Quick Actions and choose Accident.
2) The New Accident window will appear. You can fill out as little or as much data as you'd like within all of the fields.
Note the tabs / categories on the top to enter additional information.
3) Click the "Save" button when you are complete.
View & Modify Accident Records
From the equipment list click the Action button and choose History.
In the History screen click the Accidents tab.
Double click a row to view more information about that specific record.
You can use the pencil on the right to Edit a record. Use the red X sign on the right to Delete a record.
