Import PM Schedule Services

In order to save time when setting up your PM Schedule Templates, you can import/copy PM services from existing templates.  Some of your templates may vary only slightly, and importing will eliminate re-typing the same PM services already entered.

Create a new PM Schedule Template, or edit an existing template, via clicking Setup in the top menu and choosing PM Schedule Templates.

Select the Template name from the list on the left and click the Import button on the bottom.

Use the drop-down menu on the top to select an already existing populated PM Schedule Template.

Check the boxes to the left of the PM Service names you wish to copy. Click the blue Import button on the bottom to copy these services over to the template you are working on.

TIP: Remember that changes made to a PM Schedule Template are reflected on ALL equipment assigned to that template!
