Adjust Part Quantity
Fleet Maintenance Pro Shop Edition allows you to receive or issue parts inventory via manual adjustment.
1) Navigate to the Inventory Management screen by clicking Inventory in the left navigation panel. The click the Action button for the part and choose Adjust.
OR, go to Quick Actions and click Receive | Adjust Inventory.
2) Select the Type of adjustment via the top drop down as either Receipt or Issue.
Receipt will add quantity. Issue will subtract quantity.
Specify the Part # if not pre-filled, and any other criteria.
TIP: If the desired warehouse is not available in the drop-down selection, ensure that you have first saved the warehouse before receiving new inventory. For users with the optional Security Module, you will also need to ensure access to the warehouse in question.
