SQL Server User Mapping
If you encounter permissions errors with your SQL Server users, you may need to adjust the user's security settings. FMP refers to Fleet Maintenance Pro and MP refers to Maintenance Pro; article screenshots have been taken with Fleet Maintenance Pro.
1. Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
2. Expand the " Security" and "Logins" sections in the Object Explorer panel, then right-click on the user and choose "Properties"
3. Click the " User Mapping" section (1), highlight the database in the list (2), and set the database role membership to "db_owner" and "public" (3)
