Bar Code Scanner: Part Receipt Entry

The bar-coding ability in Fleet Maintenance Pro (Shop Edition) and Maintenance Pro (Professional Edition) allows you to scan the UPC code directly from your parts into work orders, parts inventory, invoices, and purchase orders using a handheld barcode scanner.

When you receive parts which weren't on a purchase order, you can still easily add their receipts into
stock.

1. Click on the Inventory > Adjust/Receive Inventory menu item. 

2. Scan the part's bar code.

3. The part will be found. You may adjust the quantity received, then save.
