How To Edit Or Rename A Job Site

Go to Tools | Jobsite Assignments:

Click the drop down for All Job Sites and choose the Job Site you wish to rename:

Now the Edit button will be accessible on the top right. Click on the Edit button and rename the Job Site here. Save when done.

Note: There is also a delete option here if you wish to delete the entire Job Site.
